The simulator is State-of-the-art software SimuWorksTM is based on the established process modeling program, GPS-X, developed by Hatch (formerly Hydromantis). SimuWorksTM works as an overlay to GPS-X as an easy-to-use interface that serves as a platform for operator training and is part of the WEFTEC Operations Challenge competition. This software has been used for over 50 in-person and virtual operator training workshops including pre-conference workshops at WEFTEC, WEF Specialty Conferences, California WEA, New York WEA, New England WEA, and for various operator training events across the United States.
