| This course introduces operators to the fundamentals of ultrasonic and radar depth‑measurement technologies used in wastewater collection systems. Presented by ADS Environmental Services, the training covers how these sensors work, proper placement and installation, and key measurements such as depth to invert and sensor offset. Participants will learn best practices for installation, as well as how to troubleshoot common issues like no comms and reflections. The course also highlights routine maintenance and inspection procedures to ensure accurate, reliable level monitoring in demanding wastewater environments.
This course is sponsored by NEIWPCC in conjunction with the EPA. Course Details Links to certificates will be emailed to participants after the course concludes and staff verify attendance through sign in sheets. A $15 late registration fee will be charged for all registrations received within one week of the class. A confirmation email will be sent to the registration email provided. Cancellations must be received at Training@NEIWPCC.org no less than seven days prior to course start time. Cancellations received after this time will be charged $50. Registrants who do not cancel and who fail to show up are responsible for full payment. |
