8:30 – 11:30 AM Eastern Time This course is sponsored by NEIWPCC in conjunction with the EPA. Instructor: Theresa Tucker, York Sewer District This specialized training program is designed to educate and empower municipal wastewater professionals and facility managers on how to effectively create and enforce wastewater pretreatment programs, with a particular focus on the management of fats, oils, and grease (FOG). We will cover how to navigate regulations at all levels, and how to enforce a program when FOG issues are being contributed to by a user. Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, VT. Participants MUST attend and be attentive during the entire session to receive full credit.
