Description

This course is for new operators and for experienced operators desiring refresher training on routine wastewater laboratory test calculations. This course includes identifying valid vs. invalid test results.

This course covers calculations for:

• Seeded and unseeded BOD5 samples
• Solids samples (MLSS, VSS, Percent Total Solids, TSS, Sludge Volume Index)
• Total residual chlorine dilutions
• Dilutions for E.coli and fecal coliform membrane filtration samples

Course Details

Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in CT, MA, and ME. TCHs are pending in NH, NY, and VT. 

Links to certificates will be emailed to participants upon course completion.

All participants must be registered to view the course. Registration closes one hour before class starts.

Cancellations must be received at maine@neiwpcc.org no less than 24 hours prior to course start time.
