Description
This course provides an introduction to the biological reactor and its critical role within a wastewater treatment facility. Participants will gain an understanding of the function and importance of the bioreactor in the overall treatment process. The course covers the essential role of bacteria in wastewater treatment and introduces key components of a microscopic examination report. As part of the training, participants will also receive a refresher on fundamental concepts in wastewater microbiology.

Course Details
Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in CT, MA, RI. Pending approval in ME, NH, NY, VT.
Participants must attend the entire session and participate in polls to receive TCHs. Links to certificates will be emailed to participants upon course completion.
All participants must be registered to view the course. Registration closes one hour before class starts.
Cancellations must be received at Training@NEIWPCC.org no less than 7 days prior to course start time. $15 fee for late registrations.
