This course offers a comprehensive overview of the essential strategies that wastewater managers and staff should employ to maintain strong, positive relationships across regulatory agencies, municipal leadership, and local communities. Participants will explore how to effectively navigate complex environmental regulations, engage with stakeholders at various levels of government, and communicate with the public to ensure smooth operations and foster community trust. The training focuses on practical approaches to building collaborative relationships, promoting transparency, and achieving long-term success in wastewater management.

Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in TCHs approved in MA. TCHs pending in CT, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT.
Participants must attend the entire session and participate in polls to receive TCHs. Links to certificates will be emailed to participants upon course completion.
All participants must be registered to view the course. Registration closes one hour before class starts.
Cancellations must be received at Training@NEIWPCC.org no less than 7 days prior to course start time. $15 fee for late registrations.
