| The second of two parts of an introductory class designed to provide an understanding of pumps and hydraulic principles. Topics covered include pump types, suction conditions, and installation. In addition, participants will learn about pumping hydraulics as well as mechanical seal and bearing types and applications.
This course is sponsored by NEIWPCC in conjunction with MassDEP and MAWEA. Course Details Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT. TCHs also approved for Drinking Water in ME. Participants must attend the entire session and participate in polls to receive TCHs. Links to certificates will be emailed to participants upon course completion. All participants must be registered to view the course. Registration closes one hour before class starts. Cancellations must be received at Training@NEIWPCC.org no less than 24 hours prior to course start time. |
