Description

This three‐hour introduction will examine the different elements and overlap of both managing a team and leading it. Often used interchangeably, these terms describe different skillsets with different aims, even as they are employed within all levels of an organization. This training can act as a refresher for managers and leaders while also acting as a great introduction for future leaders in the wastewater industry.

This course is sponsored by NEIWPCC in conjunction with the EPA.

Course Details

Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in CT, MA, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT. TCHs also approved for Drinking Water in ME.

Location: NEIWPCC Office, 650 Suffolk Street, Suite 410, Lowell, MA 01854.

Participants must attend and be attentive during a minimum of 50% of the course to receive any partial credit.

Registration closes seven days before class starts. $15 fee for late registrations.

Cancellations must be received at Training@NEIWPCC.org no less than seven prior to course start date.
