IMPORTANT REGISTRATION FEE DETAILS: This training may be available to you at half-price due to funding available through the Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine’s Workforce. However, you must apply for this funding before the start of the program. This training will help attendees learn how to install their own point repairs. Topics that will be covered include:

  • An introduction to point repair technique and materials
  • Review of equipment and trailer setup used by local wastewater utilities to install their own point repairs
  • Demonstration of installation of a point repair in a controlled environment
  • Installation of a point repair in the field, including site preparation, division of tasks among staff, pipe inspection, and repair installation

Presented by JETCC. Maine JETCC is a program managed by NEIWPCC through a contract with Maine DEP.

To submit a paper registration, please download the Intro to Intro to Point Repairs in the Field Registration Form. To avoid late registration fee, please register no later than April 16, 2024. Registrations received after this time will be charged a $15 late fee. A confirmation email will be sent to the registration email provided in the form.

6 Wastewater TCHs approved in CT, MA, ME*, and RI. TCHs pending in NH, NY, and VT.

*Also approved for 6 TCHs for Maine Drinking Water Operators

Cancellations: Seven days’ notice is required IN WRITING (mailed, faxed, or emailed to info@neiwpcc-jetcc.org) for you to cancel at no cost. Cancellations received after this time will be charged $25 for programs under $100 and $50 for programs over $100. Registrants who do not cancel or who fail to show are responsible for full payment.
