Description
This four-hour training on Continuity of Operations and Strategic Planning is designed for wastewater managers and superintendents to prepare for the evolving challenges facing the industry. With growing threats such as cybercrime, extreme weather, labor shortages, and more, it is essential for professionals to enhance their strategic planning and response capabilities. This course provides a hands-on approach, allowing participants to develop comprehensive plans for responding to and recovering from these threats. Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, attendees will build the tools necessary to ensure that their operations remain resilient and ready for the future, safeguarding their facilities, staff, and communities from unforeseen disruptions.

Wastewater Training Contact Hours (TCHs) are approved in TCHs approved in MA. TCHs pending in CT, ME, NH, NY, RI, and VT.
Participants must attend the entire session and participate in polls to receive TCHs. Links to certificates will be emailed to participants upon course completion.
All participants must be registered to view the course. Registration closes one hour before class starts.
Cancellations must be received at Training@NEIWPCC.org no less than 7 days prior to course start time. $15 fee for late registrations.
